Maya Gudka

Having herself worked in the client facing, strategic, L&D and Executive Education departments of major companies, Maya is aware of the specific challenges facing organisations today when it comes to developing its leaders.

Maya holds an MSC in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (Distinction), a BA in Economics (First Class) from Cambridge University, and is one of a small number of EMCC accredited Master Practitioner coaches in the UK.

 I worked with Maya during a period of change for me and I'd highly recommend her. When we started, I was a new senior leader and trying to navigate a new role, new responsibilities and new people.
