Bio

Early Career: I graduated from the University of Cambridge with a First Class in Economics. I started my career in Goldman Sachs Equities, and then Economics Consulting at PwC. Lured over to KPMG to help start their Economics team, I became a manager within the first 3 years of my career in a high growth team. I embarked on a journey of discovery of how to lead & motivate my teams on high value, international projects, which led me to become an executive coach.

Leadership & Strategy experience: I continued to develop my leadership skills by taking on chunky leadership roles in Corporate Sustainability and Talent & Learning, and then as the Director of a portfolio of Leadership & Strategy programmes in LBS Executive Education. Here, I designed & led programmes such as Exploiting Digital Disruption and the Certificate in Management, for who I now work as Lead Coach, alongside coaching on other LBS Executive Education programmes.

Executive Coaching experience – research and practice: With a decade of experience as an Executive Coach, I have worked with hundreds of leaders, on their journeys. I am also researching the subject of executive development with top faculty at London Business School.

I have found my sessions with Maya extremely helpful. She quickly understands the issues I want to discuss and is able to help me organise these into a clear and useful framework. She has a very warm, approachable and non judgemental manner which she combines with challenging and perceptive questions.
