My approach blends practical experience with solid foundations - an Economics degree from Cambridge, MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and EMCC Master Practitioner accreditation (one of the few in the UK).

Maya is genuinely one of the best executive coaches I have ever had! As a working mother to 3 young children and a senior executive in a fast-paced industry, I was finding it challenging to pursue that nebulous ideal of "balance" while also excelling at the things that were important for me - and through the work that I did with Maya, I learned to find other ways to approach that.
