Right now, AI is provoking all sorts of reactions: fear, excitement, overwhelm, skepticism. There are very few coaching conversations that I'm having today where AI is not coming up in some way, shape, or form. I personally use LLMs extensively across every area of my work and life, and I have, at best, found it completely transformative. A lot of the people that I work with are incredibly reliable. If something is asked of them, they will deliver. If there is a meeting, they show up. If there's a deadline, they meet it. Their account outward. Accountability is very high. In the language of Gretchen Rubin, who talks of the four Tendencies, they are obligers.
