Maya is genuinely one of the best executive coaches I have ever had! As a working mother to 3 young children and a senior executive in a fast-paced industry, I was finding it challenging to pursue that nebulous ideal of "balance" while also excelling at the things that were important for me - and through the work that I did with Maya, I learned to find other ways to approach that. She taught me to lean more into my intuition and leverage the inputs of more people around me to come to conclusions more quickly. She taught me to find ways to live each moment - whether at work or at home - with more intention, and by doing so, to make each of those moments count for more. And she taught me to find "better" ways to make mistakes, to fail more quickly as well as to win more quickly, because that is also part of the growing pains of being a senior leader. I certainly found a lot of personal as well as professional growth during my time with Maya and am grateful for everything she has shown me.
