The Refreshing Leadership Framework

You know how some people are good at getting stuff done inside organisations?

They just get it. They get that it sometimes requires a more relational approach.

Then there are the others. Talented, hard working, and high achieving, but stuck because they can't get the relational stuff to work; or burned out because they haven't figured out their unique influence style - the one that actually creates high value outcomes inside organisations (especially in a virtual world!).

Imagine how much more successful your company would be if teams were able to work through their tricky dynamics and get truly aligned on their vision, individuals were able to drive growth innovations through the business with ease, and people were fully energised & engaged because there was no chaotic overload?

All too often, the Company & HR is bought into offering a leadership development programme but the attendees (employees) are not fully engaged during the programme.

The genius of this 3-pillar programme is that it unlocks full motivation in the individual with the Vision-Builder, and it gives them proper tools to deliver the most strategically aligned results for the business in a virtual world (Unwritten Rules - Pillar 2), whilst also optimising productivity & wellbeing (LifeWork Design - Pillar 3).

  • Personal & Team Vision Development

  • Unlocking each person's unique influence to make the important things happen inside the organisation

  • Manage team & individual workload to reduce chaotic overload, improve quality & speed of output + reduce burnout

Maya is genuinely one of the best executive coaches I have ever had! As a working mother to 3 young children and a senior executive in a fast-paced industry, I was finding it challenging to pursue that nebulous ideal of "balance" while also excelling at the things that were important for me - and through the work that I did with Maya, I learned to find other ways to approach that. She taught me to lean more into my intuition and leverage the inputs of more people around me to come to conclusions more quickly. She taught me to find ways to live each moment - whether at work or at home - with more intention, and by doing so, to make each of those moments count for more. And she taught me to find "better" ways to make mistakes, to fail more quickly as well as to win more quickly, because that is also part of the growing pains of being a senior leader. I certainly found a lot of personal as well as professional growth during my time with Maya and am grateful for everything she has shown me.
